The Finnish Baby Box was started by three dads living in Finland that wanted to give families around the world a possibility to get the same box that every Finn can get. In order to reach families around the world the dads decided to look further into their audience, what their needs are, and how they can meet them. They also wanted to redesign their website to really share their story and put more emphasis on the product and quality.
Challenge
The competition in the market is growing and many other companies are releasing their own version of the baby box. The question that we need to answer is - Why the Finnish Baby Box? What makes it unique? Why is this product superior? Why should you buy this baby box?

Research
I started off researching their audience and competitors. I found out competition is getting stiff in the Baby Box industry. It's also a niche market since it's specifically based on the Finland Baby Box tradition.
Design
I designed the page layout and how it will be structured. I narrowed down concepts to eliminate other big picture options and started the wire frame process.
Style Updates
They wanted to refresh the color palette and fonts to be modern, yet classic.
Prototypes
For the visual design I created an interface that customers will find highly usable and efficient and will provide a powerful user experience. The final design was in line with the initial requirements provided by the client. It is simple while still remaining elegant and representing the high quality product they sell. They were very happy with the outcome!
